All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without prior notice.
Full payment must be made before products are dispatched unless agreed otherwise under a custom or wholesale contract.
1.6 Events and Bookings
Events hosted or organized by Malprime Scents (e.g., Mold & Mingle) require a 50% deposit to confirm participation.
Full payment must be made at least 3 days before the event date.
Booking fees do not always include venue entry — this will be clearly communicated per event.
Shipping Policy
Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Locations: We ship locally within Kenya and offer international shipping upon request.
Delivery Time:
Local: 2–5 business days
International: Varies by courier (7–21 days typical)
Shipping Partners: We work with trusted couriers including DHL, UPS and others depending on location.
Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Tracking: Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once dispatched.
Delays: Malprime Scents is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs, or natural occurrences.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, please review the following:
Eligible Returns:
Items that arrived damaged or defective
Wrong item received
Product quality issues (with clear evidence provided)
Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Custom, used, or clearance items are not eligible for return/refund.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the fault is ours.
