Candle Care


How to Use
  • Place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  • Light both wicks and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn.
  • Extinguish using a candle snuffer or by gently blowing out the flame.
  • Don't touch the glass after lighting. Let it cool for at least 30mins.
Care Tips
  • Trim the wicks to approximately 5mm before each use.
  • Burn for a maximum of 4 hours at a time.
  • Keep away from drafts, children, and pets.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Reed Diffuser Care

How to Use
  • Remove the stopper from the bottle.
  • Insert 4 -5 reeds into the diffuser oil.
  • Allow 24–48 hours for the fragrance to fully diffuse.
  • Flip the reeds when you want a stronger scent.
Care Tips
  • Place in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
  • Flip the reeds every 1–2 weeks.
  • Avoid spilling oil on furniture or delicate surfaces.


Car Diffuser Care

How to Use
  • Unscrew the wooden cap and carefully remove the inner stopper.
  • Replace the wooden cap securely.
  • Gently tilt the bottle for a few seconds to allow the fragrance oil to absorb into the wooden cap.
  • Hang securely in your vehicle and repeat when a scent boost is needed.
Care Tips
  • Keep the diffuser upright whenever possible.
  • Avoid direct contact with dashboards, leather, and painted surfaces.
  • Position securely to prevent spills.
  • Enjoy up to 4 weeks of fragrance with regular use.

Pocket Mist / Spray Care


How to Use
  • Shake gently before use.
  • Spray 2 – 4 times into the air.
  • Use in rooms, offices, washrooms, cars, or other spaces that need refreshing.
Care Tips
  • Avoid spraying directly onto delicate surfaces or fabrics.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight.


Pillar & Molded Candle Care

How to Use
  • Place your pillar or molded candle on a heat-resistant candle holder or tray before lighting.
  • Light the wick and allow the candle to burn until a small wax pool forms around the top.
  • Extinguish carefully using a candle snuffer or by gently blowing out the flame.
Care Tips
  • Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each burn.
  • Burn for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time.
  • Keep away from drafts to ensure an even burn.
  • As moulded candles are often decorative, some wax dripping may occur during use.
  • Always place on a holder or tray to catch melted wax.
  • Keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Decorative Use
  • Many customers choose pillar and moulded candles as décor pieces and may not burn them immediately.
  • To preserve their appearance, keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture when displayed.


Wax Melt Care

How to Use
  • Place 1–2 wax melts in the dish of your burner.
  • Light a tealight candle beneath the burner.
  • Allow the wax to melt and release fragrance throughout the room.
  • Replace the wax once the scent fades.
Care Tips
  • Do not add water.
  • Allow wax to cool before removing.
  • Never leave a lit burner unattended.

Incense Stick Care

How to Use
  • Place the incense stick in a suitable holder.
  • Light the tip and allow it to burn for a few seconds.
  • Gently blow out the flame and allow the stick to smoulder.
Care Tips
  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Keep away from curtains, paper, and other flammable materials.
  • Never leave burning incense unattended.


Tealight Candle Care

How to Use
  • Place in a suitable surface or burner.
  • Light the wick and allow it to burn safely.
  • Extinguish completely after use.
Care Tips
  • Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep away from drafts and flammable materials.
  • Do not move while lit or while wax is hot


General Fragrance Safety

  • Store all products in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid direct sunlight and excessive heat.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Follow the recommended usage instructions for each product.
